We’re now hiring an Administrator / Memorials Advisor at our St Marylebone site - offering a rare combination of structured, purposeful work and flexibility for the right person. The Administrator / Memorials Advisor role You’ll play a key role in ensuring every service runs smoothly - supporting families, managing administration, and helping create meaningful memorials. This is a front-facing, highly trusted position, where attention to detail and empathy go hand in hand. What you’ll be doing Act as a first point of contact for families, visitors and professional partners Prepare and manage cremation documentation with precision and care Maintain statutory registers and ensure full compliance Co-ordinate the daily cremation diary and appointments Support families with memorial enquiries and arrangements Organise and conduct memorial meetings Liaise with Funeral Directors, officiants and suppliers Handle queries and resolve concerns calmly and professionally Process payments and maintain accurate financial records Monitor memorial renewals and communicate with families You may also support chapel services and interments - ensuring each service is delivered with dignity and respect.
