Housing Litigation Solicitor

Service Care Solutions are supporting an East-London based housing association who are seeking an experienced Housing Solicitor to join a busy in-house housing legal team supporting a major social housing provider. The successful candidate will play a key role during a period of growth and housing stock expansion   ROLE:                  Housing Solicitor LOCATION:         East London (1 day per week in the office plus court attendance) SALARY:              £70,000 to £80,000   Key Responsibilities Run possession claims, including rent arrears and anti-social behaviour cases Handle disrepair, tenancy breaches, unlawful occupation and fraud matters Draft and review tenancy agreements, notices and legal documentation Provide clear legal advice and support across leasehold and shared ownership issues  The Person Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in housing law Strong advocacy and confident courtroom presence Ability to manage a full, varied caseload independently Client-focused, practical and solutions-driven approach If this sounds like an opportunity of interest, please contact Lloyd Stanley on (phone number removed), or email (url removed).
