The Role You’ll work closely with teachers and school staff to support pupils with a variety of academic, social, and behavioural needs. No two days will be the same, but your support will make a meaningful difference every day. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting pupils during lessons to help them stay focused and engaged Assisting with literacy and numeracy tasks Encouraging positive behaviour through clear guidance and consistency Helping to create a structured, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment Working collaboratively with teachers and staff to support pupil progress This is a practical, people-focused role where you’ll directly contribute to pupils’ development and success.
