Pastoral Support Assistant Location: Ealing, W5 Contract: Long-term Day Rate: £115 - £130 Start Date: ASAP Commutable From: Acton, Southall, Greenford, Hounslow, Brent The Opportunity: Long Term Futures are seeking a compassionate and resilient Pastoral Support Assistant to join a specialist SEN provision in the Ealing area. The setting supports pupils with complex needs, including Autism (ASD), SEMH, and communication difficulties, requiring a structured and therapeutic approach. You will play a key role in supporting pupils' emotional wellbeing, behaviour, and engagement, helping them overcome barriers to learning in a safe and nurturing environment.
