Facilities Transition Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Facilities Management (FM) Transition Manager to coordinate the changeover between FM service providers within a manufacturing environment. This client-side position will ensure the transition is delivered smoothly, meets contractual obligations, and maintains uninterrupted site operations. 6 Month Contract - 4 days on site Inside IR35 Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate the FM transition process from start to finish Oversee mobilisation activities to ensure delivery against agreed plans and timelines Monitor supplier performance and ensure accountability throughout the transition Identify and resolve risks, issues, and service gaps Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders and FM providers Implement effective governance, reporting, and escalation procedures Maintain continuity of manufacturing operations and minimise operational disruption
