Production Operative The Docks, Sharpness, Gloucestershire GL13 9UX | £13.00 per hour | Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm | 40 hours per week | Temporary with progression Due to location you must have your own transport Introduction Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Production Operative to join a well-established site based at The Docks in Sharpness, near Berkeley. This role would suit someone with previous experience in groundwork or a physically demanding, hands-on environment. Key Duties Operating machinery safely and efficiently. Heavy lifting and manual handling duties. Loading machinery with packaging materials. Palletising finished goods. General housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe working environment. Requirements Previous experience in groundwork or a similar physical role is advantageous. Ability to work well under pressure. Willingness to carry out hands-on, manual tasks. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Reliable, safety-conscious, and hardworking approach. What We Offer Starting rate of £13.00 per hour. Monday to Friday working hours, 7:00am-4:00pm. 40 hours per week. Full training and ongoing support. Strict health and safety procedures in place.
