Senior Estate Surveyor

Senior Estates Surveyor Location: Gloucestershire Rate: Up to £450 per day Contract: Interim Ongoing Spencer Clarke Group are supporting a public sector organisation in the Gloucestershire area to appoint an experienced Senior Estates Surveyor on an interim basis. This is a hands-on estates and property management role supporting a varied corporate property portfolio. You will provide pragmatic advice to internal stakeholders and respond to external enquiries while managing core landlord and tenant matters. Responsibilities include Day-to-day property management across a corporate/commercial portfolio Lease renewals, rent reviews, and wider landlord and tenant matters Handling and advising on service charge queries and reconciliations Acquisitions and disposals, including instructing and managing external advisers Easements and wayleaves work and associated negotiations Supporting or leading property valuations activity as required Providing clear written and verbal property advice to internal departments About you Strong experience in commercial estates / corporate property Proven delivery across L&T, service charges, acquisitions/disposals, and easements/wayleaves Confident stakeholder management and ability to work at pace Local Authority background is desirable (or strong equivalent public sector experience) How to Apply Send your CV or get in touch with Joe O'Halloran at Spencer Clarke Group on (phone number removed) or
