Construction Manager (Civils & Construction)

Construction Manager with expertise in EPC activities, construction, electrical and civils projects, and managing HSE teams .
* Permanent role - Swansea
* £75,000 - £85,000 pa
* Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week

Summary purpose of role:
Working on a very large infrastructure project in Swansea, acting as principal contractor under CDM regulations, manage delivery of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) activities plus achieve and manage key targets related to budgets, time, quality and health and safety.
All Applicants must have the following qualifications and experience:
* Expertise in managing and delivering construction, electrical and civils projects
* Extensive experience as a Principal Contractor
* Expertise in EPC activities and EPC projects
* Knowledgeable of NEC4 forms of contract
* HND/HNC in relevant discipline
* SMSTS, NEBOSH and CSCS
* Swansea
£75k-£85k - permanent role.
