Senior Payroll & Benefits Specialist

A leading, global financial organisation is looking for an experienced Payroll & Benefits Specialist to take ownership of UK payroll operations while supporting wider global payroll and benefits activity. This is a broad, visible role with exposure across payroll, benefits, pensions and compliance. Reporting into the Payroll Director, you will work within the international payroll team, liaising closely with HR & Finance. Key responsibilities: Lead and manage UK payroll operations end-to-end Support payroll and benefits activity across international locations Oversee pension governance and compliance processes Drive continuous improvement across payroll and benefits operations Provide support on global mobility and employee-related matters Partner with HR and Finance teams on payroll and benefits strategy About you: Strong end-to-end UK payroll experience Confident in taking ownership of complex payroll operations Experience with Workday and/or iPay beneficial Knowledge of payroll compliance and benefits administration Confident working in a fast-paced, international environment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and supportive team in a leading organisation.
