EXPERIENCED INDUSTRIAL SERVICES SUPERVISOR / JETTING TEAM LEADER WITH CONFINED SPACE ENTRY / RESCUE CERTIFICATION REQUIRED TO LEAD A TEAM OF JETTING / INDUSTRIAL SERVICES OPERATIVES TITLE: Industrial Services Supervisor / Jetting Team Leader SALARY: Circa £28-35K DOE plus Bonus, Health Plan, 25 Days Hol & Overtime LOCATION: Merseyside YOU MAY HAVE BEEN AN: Industrial Services Supervisor, Jetting Team Leader, Senior Drainage Engineer, Tank Cleaning Supervisor, Lead DISAB Driver, Jetvac Operations Supervisor, Industrial Services Operations Team Leader, High Pressure Jetting Supervisor, Drainage Engineering Supervisor, Site Services Supervisor ROLE: Industrial Services Supervisor / Jetting Team Leader * The role involves organising and completing assigned duties on time while maintaining safe, clean, and secure work areas. * It requires supporting operational tasks, promptly reporting any environmental, health & safety, or operational issues, and collaborating across departments to ensure efficient and compliant activity. * The position includes assisting with maintenance tasks, producing accurate records, loading/unloading vehicles, and providing cover during staff absences. * The supervisor must stay up to date with work procedures, communicate professionally, manage daily staff activities, ensure operatives have the correct equipment, deliver projects in the UK and abroad, and carry out any other reasonable tasks requested by management.
