What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting individuals with a variety of needs in their own homes
* Helping with personal care, mobility, medication, and meal preparation
* Providing companionship, reassurance, and emotional support
* Following personalised care plans and maintaining accurate records
* Promoting independence, dignity, and positive wellbeing
* Representing Onpoint Homecare with professionalism, kindness, and reliability

What We’re Looking For
* Experience in care or support work (paid or unpaid)
* A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle
* The right to work in the UK (we unfortunately cannot offer sponsorship)
* A caring, patient, and reliable approach
* A genuine passion for supporting people in the community
