Prospero Teaching are looking for Cover Supervisors and Cover Teachers to work with schools in the Andover area.

You will be working with a number of different schools, all who have experienced and supportive Senior Leadership Teams, where you will be required to cover a range of subjects and classes on a full time or adhoc basis - this is a great opportunities for a Graduate or someone with experience working in an Education environment.

We are currently working with Mainstream Secondary and Primary Schools, as well as SEN/Alternative Provisions who cater for pupils aged between 10 and 16 who have an Education Health and Care Plans, serving a wide range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities including; Social, Emotional & Mental Health and Autistic Spectrum Condition.

  • Contract type (temp/perm/temp to perm) - Temp
  • Full time/part time - Full time/adhoc
  • Minimum rate of pay - £130 - £150 a day
  • Hours - 8:30 am - 15.30pm

Experience, Training and Qualifications

  • Degree (not essential but preferable)
  • Minimum 1 year experience working with young people
  • Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (we can offer this if not)

Eligibility

  • Hold Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with xwzovoh the online update service or be willing to process a new application
  • Provide two professional child related references
