Senior Quantity Surveyor Required in Ardleigh GVR Solutions are currently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor of all levels to join a well-established drylining contractor based in Essex. This particular client specialise in suspended ceilings, plastering and SFS projects across the Commercial, Residential, Healthcare and Educational sector plus more.The duties of the Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager are:Managing the commercial reports and advice to the management teamEnsure the commercial targets are achieved including project and programme cost, quality and time.Delegate work where necessary and liaise with team on project progressPrepare cashflows for payments in and outCarry out measurement for valuationsIdentify Opportunities and risksAttend post tender and pre-contract meetings.The Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager must have/be:A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Drylining sector.A Proven track record of delivering construction projectsExcellent communication and oral skillsComfortable liaising with Clients and Senior ManagementStable employment historyHigh-performing individualIf you are interested in the Senior Quantity Surveyor role, then please get in touch.
