Facilities Plumbing & Heating Engineer

An established building services contractor working across commercial and industrial sites is looking to recruit an experienced Plumbing & Heating Engineer to join their Facilities team. This role is focused more on servicing, maintenance, remedial and facilities-based work across a varied commercial portfolio. Engineers with domestic Gas qualifications and multi-trade experience are particularly encouraged to apply. The Role Plumbing, heating and general maintenance works PPM servicing and reactive repairs Fault finding and remedial works Small refurbishment and maintenance projects Testing, certification and associated paperwork Working across commercial and industrial environments Client-facing role with occasional apprentice support Package £45,000-£60,000 OTE Competitive hourly rates depending on experience and qualifications Overtime paid at enhanced rates Company van & fuel card Pension scheme PPE & workwear provided 28 days holiday including bank holidays Monday-Friday hours Requirements NVQ Level 3 Plumbing & Heating Domestic Gas qualifications essential Commercial and/or industrial maintenance experience Multi-trade experience advantageous Full UK driving licence Reliable, professional and organised Able to work independently and within a team IPAF/PASMA beneficial WR HVAC | M&E are the #1 recruitment partner for HVAC and M&E vacancies across the UK, Europe, and the USA.
