Salary: £60,000 – £75,000+
Looking for that step into senior management? Are you passionate about Guest experience? I am working with a growing visitor attraction business with sites in London and Northwest England. They have a great mix of adrenaline filled activities. This role will be responsible for providing strong commercial leadership to deliver commercial development and growth for the site and facilities.
Role
Manage teams across multiple sites driving the day-to-day operations.
Responsible for meeting and exceeding revenue target across multiple attractions.
Highly comfortable managing P&L with demonstrable experience of delivering revenue and margin growth through innovative product development and promotional strategies.
Continually seek and promote innovative ways of increasing revenue to maximise profitability.
Develop an attraction growth strategy looking at commercial opportunities in relation to products, services, experiences, and events across the site.
Develop and implement sales strategies as well as providing strong commercial leadership for pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
Ensure continuing short term commercial growth by championing innovation within the onsite team, working with the leadership team to deliver.
Line management of two direct reports, with indirect management of an operational delivery team. Coach, mentor and support all teams to deliver against targets.
Management of third-party delivery providers, conduct regular meetings to review performance and drive continuous improvement.
Set and communicate attraction and team KPI's in line with overall objectives and revenue targets, drive throughout the Club.
About You
Extensive experience working in leisure / hospitality.
Commercial business management with a proven track record in business development, business planning, setting financial targets and managing budgets.
Although this role is highly commercial, you will need a very strong operational understand of visitor attractions, which will contribute to your success within the role.
Ability to read data, taking an analytical and decisive approach to business decisions.
