You will be responsible for setting, operating and grinding precision gear components to tight tolerances, ensuring all work meets exacting engineering and quality standards. Key responsibilities include: Setting and operating CNC gear grinding machines Producing high-precision gear components to engineering specifications Understanding and working with complex geometry and technical drawings Ensuring components meet tight tolerance and surface finish requirements Carrying out in-process inspection and quality checks Adjusting machine settings to maintain accuracy and consistency Working closely with engineering and quality teams Supporting continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives Maintaining a safe, clean and organised working environment About You To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience as a CNC Gear Grinder within a precision engineering environment.
