Job Description Funds Lawyer, 10+ PQE, Oxfordshire, Salary up to £95-105,000 (DOE). Be part of the continued success of this top 50 UK firm, which is seeking an experienced lawyer to strengthen its established and ambitious team. \nThe firm is seeking an experienced Funds Lawyer to advise a diverse client base, including but not limited to banks, investment firms, custodians, fund administrators, corporate trustees, payment service providers, investment platforms, angel investor networks, family offices, and fintech businesses. \This rapidly growing practice encompasses a wide range of matters relating to fund structures, including venture capital, real estate, private equity, nominee and contractual funds, REITs, RIFs, and pension funds, as well as investments into / by said funds. \nThe successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years’ PQE and substantial technical expertise in investment funds, with particular specialism in real estate and venture capital funds. \nYou will have proven experience in managing fund transactions, including leading projects and overseeing teams, along with a strong commitment to supporting the development of junior lawyers. nThis is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced lawyer seeking a new challenge with a highly regarded national firm, offering a highly competitive benefits package that includes a staff bonus scheme, generous pension, and five weeks’ annual leave, with the option to buy or sell an additional week each year. \nThe package also includes enhanced family-forming pay and leave, income protection after two years’ service, life assurance, and an employee assistance programme. \nAt eNL we value diversity and inclusion.
