Position Summary

Carmarthenshire County Council is seeking a Public Realm Network Manager to lead the delivery, coordination and performance of our public realm services across the county.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery, coordination, and performance of public realm services across the county.
• Deliver continuous improvement through proactive, resilient, and innovative leadership.
• Manage performance, budgets and change, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and customer-focused services.
• Engage stakeholders at all levels and lead teams to achieve organisational objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong operational and strategic experience in public realm or related fields.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
• Leadership capability to inspire and manage high-performing teams.
• Sound technical understanding of public realm operations.
• Level 3 Welsh language ability; support available to reach this level.
