Internal Recruiter Daventry Permanent Competitive salary – to be discussed on application Role Summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Internal Recruiter to join a growing automotive business, taking ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle across a wide range of vacancies. The successful Internal Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to attract, engage and secure high-calibre talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Role & Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across a variety of business functions. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Create and advertise engaging job opportunities across multiple recruitment platforms. Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking and employee referrals. Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Manage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and ensure recruitment records remain accurate and up to date. Conduct reference and background checks where required. Prepare and negotiate employment offers alongside HR and hiring managers. Monitor recruitment performance metrics including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire and quality of hire. Keep up to date with employment legislation and recruitment best practice. Requirements Of The Role Proven experience within internal recruitment, talent acquisition or recruitment agency environments. Experience working in the Automotive, Manufacturing or Engineering industries would be beneficial Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously. Experience recruiting across multiple departments and seniority levels. Knowledge of recruitment best practice and UK employment legislation. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter. Strong organisational and time management abilities. Data-driven approach to recruitment reporting and performance metrics.
