Electrical Contracts Manager

Pay: £65,000.00 - £70,000.00 per year Job description: Pay: £65,000 – £70,000 + Excellent Package Location: SE20 We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to join an established electrical contractor with a strong pipeline of work, mainly across domestic and social housing, with some commercial projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of their contracts, work closely with a strong team and have the opportunity to progress within an established business. You’ll be responsible for managing electrical contracts from start to finish, working with clients, project managers, site teams and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. The role * Managing multiple electrical contracts and projects. * Overseeing programme, costs, variations and overall delivery. * Managing client relationships and subcontractors. * Working closely with project and site teams. * Ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard and in line with health and safety requirements. * Taking responsibility for the commercial and operational performance of your contracts. About you * Previous experience as an Electrical Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager. * Strong background within electrical contracting. * Experience within domestic and/or social housing projects. * Good commercial and contractual awareness. * Confident managing clients, teams and subcontractors. * Organised, commercially minded and able to manage multiple projects.
