Licensed Conveyancer

AJ Chambers are currently recruiting for a Licensed Conveyancer to join a growing residential conveyancing team in London.

The Role:

• Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish

• Handle freehold, leasehold and BSA matters

• Provide excellent client care

• Assist with holiday cover and file sign-offs

The Candidate:

• Licensed Conveyancer – NQ to 3 years PQE

• Residential conveyancing experience, including freehold, leasehold and BSA

• Strong client care and communication skills

• Driven, organised and able to work independently and as part of a team
