Global Commercial Counsel - SaaS & Deals (10-Month FTC)
About the role
Lawrence Harvey is looking for a Commercial Counsel for a 10-month maternity cover position. The role is based in London or Nottingham and offers a salary of up to £95,000 plus a bonus. This position will report directly to the firm's General Counsel.
Responsibilities include leading commercial contracts globally, advising Sales and Business Development, and improving legal processes. Ideal candidates should have at least 5 years of PQE and experience with SaaS agreements.
