Key Responsibilities:
Raise orders as required to ensure continuity of stock on engineers vans and for scheduled jobs

Produce order requests and documentation accurately for issue to suppliers and use by other key contacts

Pick stock in stores for operatives as per materials request forms

Manage the receipt of goods and services, ensuring items are available when needed

Reviewing and resolving invoice/PO matching queries

Handling incoming mail, e-mail and calls, assisting with replies and resolutions of all queries

Maintain stock management and control systems by recording items received and issued

Assist in maintaining the tidiness and safety of stores and external areas

Oversee waste and recycling removal, maintaining records for ISO compliance

Compliance with Heath & Safety, Equal Opportunities and other Company Policies, raising concerns whenever necessary

Any other duties reasonably requested including working outside of core hours as and when required

Qualifications and Skills:
Previous stores experience desirable, but not essential

Understanding of health and safety in a stores environment

Understanding xwzovoh of stock control

Knowledge of MS Dynamics Navision or Business Central desirable but not essential.

Computer literate with good MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.) skills
