Location Hertfordshire (Kings Langley,Watford, St Albans, Barnet)
Rate £230pd (Must have own van - Parking covered)

Company

Property maintenance specialists, carrying out Multi Trade works within the Hertfordshire area. Bathroom & Kitchen fitting must be biased in Carpentry or Plumbing. Ideal Multi Trade will be able to fit both Bathrooms & Kitchens, the client is open to someone biased in one.
Must have your own van - you will be paid on a day rate with parking covered.
Arrive at the yard daily for 07:00 where you will be given your jobs for the day, Finishing up between 3 - 4pm.

Down to earth friendly team environment, the client is a big advocate on team exercises whether that be for drinks, meals or activities.
Potential to go permanent where you will be given a company van with PAYE holiday.

Multi Trade - Carpentry, Plumbing, Wet trades, property maintenance
Kitchen installation
Bathroom Installation

Must Have: 2+ years property maintenance experience - ideally within a social housing background.

Own Van / cover fuel - parking is paid for with potential for overtime (The client will top up your pay if you have travelled further than normal)

Package

£230+pd

On-going work potential permanent contract where you will be given a work van with annual salary / holiday package.
