Having established an exceptional platform for growth, we are now seeking an outstanding individual to lead the next phase of our Developer Services strategy. The Appointment Reporting directly to the Group Board, the Head of Developer Services will hold a pivotal leadership position within Indevor Water. The successful individual will be responsible for strengthening strategic relationships with national and regional housebuilders, expanding our Developer Services offering and contributing directly to the commercial direction of the business. This is not a departmental management role. It is a strategic leadership appointment with genuine influence over the future direction of an Ofwat-regulated Water Company operating within one of the most commercially significant areas of the UK development sector. The successful candidate will work alongside the Board to develop long-term strategy, enhance our market proposition, identify new opportunities and establish a Developer Services function recognised as the benchmark within the industry. The Individual We are seeking an established leader with extensive experience operating within Developer Services, wastewater infrastructure or the wider water industry. You will possess an in-depth understanding of NAVs, sewer adoptions, developer engagement and the commercial dynamics that underpin successful residential development. Equally important will be your ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across both the Water Industry and the Housebuilding sector. You will already be recognised for your professional credibility, commercial judgement and ability to influence at Board level. Why Indevor Water?
