Operations Manager (Cladding / Facades) £60,000 - £65,000 + Company Car / Allowance + 33 Days Holiday + Medicash + Progression + Training Loughborough Are you an Operations Manager or similar with a background in cladding, facades or walls looking to join a long-standing and prestigious company, where you will be the go-to technical expert and oversee the entire process of multi-million-pound External Wall Installation (EWI) projects? In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the technical support and operations. This will involve liaising with Service and Lab Managers, as well as directors, managing the technical hub and technical services, risk management, oversight of system maintenance and lead the development of specifications for projects Founded in the 80's, this manufacturer pride themselves on delivering excellent quality construction products across the UK, with dynamic growth plans to become a leader in their sector. This role would suit an Operations manager or similar with experience working with cladding and insulation projects, looking to take on a lead technical role and oversee large scale projects.
