We have an exciting new vacancy for a Head Chef to join our team at The Britannia International Hotel, one of the first hotels to be built in the iconic Canary Wharf. Your main duties will include:

Oversee all aspects of food preparation and presentation to ensure consistent quality.
Working closely with the kitchen team to prepare and present diverse buffet menus featuring a wide range of cuisines.
