What you will do:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals and families to identify needs and risks

- Develop and implement safeguarding plans to ensure individuals are protected from harm

- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with legal requirements

Requirements of the Social Worker:

- A degree or equivalent in social work with a current Social Work England registration

- Extensive frontline experience in UK Social Services, showcasing your skills as a qualified Social Worker
