Your Role
You’ll be at the heart of the business, connecting with customers and driving sales through engaging conversations:
* Proactively contacting existing, lapsed, and potential customers
* Building strong relationships and trust
* Retaining business and identifying new opportunities
* Providing quotes and solutions tailored to customer needs
* Handling inbound calls during busy periods
* Maintaining accurate customer records
* Sharing market insights and trends with the team
About You
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused role:
* Confident communicator with a great telephone manner
* Sales-driven and motivated to hit targets
* Resilient, positive, and proactive
* Organised with strong admin skills
* Comfortable using IT systems
* Previous telesales or outbound calling experience is highly desirable
