* Realistic OTE £140,000 – £170,000

The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to step into a Principal-level role within a high-performing construction recruitment business. You will inherit a well-established desk forecast to generate £400K in 2026, giving you immediate access to revenue and client relationships.

This role offers the chance to work across both white collar and blue collar construction markets, covering freelance and contract placements, while also managing an existing resource function/team.
