Are you looking for a Nursery Practitioner role within one of Europe’s largest nursery groups?

We are currently seeking a Nursery Practitioner to join an exceptional and unique nursery setting in London. This is a permanent, full-time position within a nursery group dedicated to shaping young minds and transforming early childhood education across the UK. They provide outstanding care and nurturing environments that make a real difference in the lives of children every day.

Nursery Practitioner Duties:

  • Provide a high standard of care and education to all children
  • Follow the EYFS framework
  • Create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children
  • Build strong communication with parents, professionals, and colleagues
  • Assess and review children’s development
  • Implement an effective key person approach
  • Provide an enabling indoor and outdoor learning environment
  • Maintain and update personal records for each child
  • Ensure the safety and welfare of all children is maintained
  • Work closely with the Room Leader and Senior Team to deliver outstanding educational experiences through practical and theoretical activities

Nursery Practitioner Requirements:

  • Full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 (or above) childcare qualification
  • At least 12 months’ experience working in an Early Years setting
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies and procedures
  • The ability to build strong, nurturing relationships with parents and children
  • A genuine passion for childcare, child development, and making a difference
  • A child-centred approach to your work
