Social Worker - Home First Hospital Team (Temporary, 3 Months)Location: Primarily Morriston Hospital, covering Singleton, Neath Port Talbot, and GorseinonHours: Office-based, Monday to FridayPay: £30.50 per hour (PAYE) / £38.43 per hour (Umbrella) - in line with the ADSS All Wales Pledge

Randstad is recruiting a Social Worker to join the Home First Hospital Team on a temporary basis. This role involves working across local hospitals and community settings to support patients and ensure smooth transitions of care.

About the Role:

• Work primarily in hospitals, with community visits as required
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide timely social work support
• Manage caseloads and complete assessments in line with best practice

Requirements:

• Qualified Social Worker
• Valid UK driving license and access to your own car
• Ability to work across multiple sites efficiently
