Day-to-Day of the Role
As a supply teacher with Reed Education, you’ll be expected to:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons that meet curriculum expectations
- Support pupils academically and emotionally during your time in the classroom
- Adapt quickly to different school environments and classroom needs
- Maintain a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere
- Uphold school policies and contribute to a smooth-running day
- Leave clear handover notes for the returning teacher

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in UK schools
- DBS on update service (or the willingness to apply for one through Reed £49.50)
- Confidence in managing different classroom settings and age groups
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude
