Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprentice | Lytham (FY8)
Location: Lytham, Lancashire (Charming One-Form Entry Primary School)
Salary: £8-£12.71 per hour
Start Date: September 2026 Contract: 18-Month Apprenticeship

The Apprenticeship Journey: Earn While You Learn
This is a unique opportunity to gain a nationally recognised qualification while getting hands-on experience.
- Placement: Initially based within the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage).
- Qualification: Level 3 Teaching Assistant (Versatile for ages 4-11).
- Training: 18-month contract with 2 afternoons per week dedicated to college studies (fully integrated into your timetable).

Key Responsibilities
- Classroom Support: Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons in an EYFS setting.
- Pupil Development: Lead 1-on-1 or small group interventions to boost learning.
- Creative Input: Help prepare classroom materials and vibrant displays.
- Well-being: Support the social and emotional growth of children.
- Professionalism: Maintain open communication with parents and complete college coursework on time.
What You'll Need (Entry Requirements)
- Education: GCSE Grade C/4 or above in Maths and English (Required).
- Passion: A genuine desire to work with children and support their development.
- Attitude: Enthusiastic, positive, and ready to collaborate within a close-knit team.
- Commitment: Ability to commit to the full 18-month apprenticeship duration.
