Reference: HSJ _ Employment Partner - BristolA top 20 UK law firm with a strong national presence, leading sector rankings and an impressive FTSE 250 client base is seeking an Employment Partner to lead its Bristol practice. This is a senior strategic role with real influence across a high performing national employment team.The RoleYou'll take the strategic lead for the Bristol employment offering, acting as the key external ambassador for the team while managing and growing major client relationships. The work spans the full spectrum of employment law - contentious and non contentious - including complex restructuring, employee relations, outsourcing, TUPE, and strategic workforce issues.You'll play a central role in driving business development, strengthening the firm's national profile, and contributing to wider growth plans.
