Newly created role for a real estate lawyer to join growing business

Birmingham based - 2 days in the office

Full time or part time application will be considered

Responsibilities

Support property transactions for a broad property portfolio, including leasehold matters.

Work with the Legal Director (property) and coordinate with stakeholders across the organisation.

Contribute to commercial success through proactive support and effective communication.

Qualifications

At least 2–5 years’ experience handling a broad property portfolio, including leasehold matters.

Excellent technical knowledge in commercial real estate law.
