The Opportunity: As Registered Manager, youll lead our Care in the Home South Division from our office in Thame, Oxford, taking ownership of quality, people, performance and growth. This isnt simply about maintaining an excellent serviceits about taking it to the next level. Youll have the opportunity to shape your service, develop exceptional teams, build strong commissioner relationships and play a key role in our continued expansion, all while ensuring every client receives the outstanding care they deserve.
