Were Hiring | Paint Inspector | Bristol Denholm Industrial Services is currently recruiting for an experienced Paint Inspector to join our team on a major industrial project in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile project with a leading industrial services provider. The initial duration is at least 6 weeks, with the potential to extend to 3 months. Key Responsibilities * Inspect surface preparation activities including abrasive blasting, power tool cleaning and other preparation methods. * Carry out inspections of prepared substrates to ensure cleanliness, profile depth and compliance with project specifications. * Monitor coating application processes, ensuring correct materials, mixing ratios, application methods and dry film thickness requirements are achieved. * Review coating systems, technical data sheets and project specifications to ensure compliance. * Complete accurate inspection reports, quality records and project documentation. * Liaise with site teams to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project. What We're Looking For * NACE or ICorr Paint Inspection Qualification (Essential) * Valid CSCS Card (Essential) * Safety Critical Medical (Advantageous) * Previous experience working as a Paint Inspector on industrial, marine or infrastructure projects. * Strong knowledge of protective coatings, inspection techniques and quality standards. * Excellent attention to detail and communication skills. Rates * £280 per day * £50 per night accommodation allowance * Mileage allowance from your home address to site (subject to travel distance) Details * Monday to Friday - 8 hours per day Pre-Employment Requirements Successful applicants will be required to complete: * Drug & alcohol testing as part of induction * Online company inductions Why Join Denholm Industrial Services?
