About the role

Our engineering client is seeking a team leader to run their CNC Machine shop. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and innovative business in Southampton. What skills are we looking for? * Strong CNC Machining background * 3 axis and 5 axis experience * Previous supervisory / chargehand or team leader experience The successful candidate will spend the majority of time machining parts and carry out a range to setting/operating/programming on a range of CNC Milling/ Turning machines. You will also be required to lead a small team of Machinists on a day to day basis, working alongside the existing management team. * Staff appraisals * Toolbox talks * Champion health and safety Hours: 07:30am - 16:30pm Monday - Thursday Friday - Early finish Salary: £50,000p/a - £57,000p/a
