Early Years Practitioner – Fulham, London W4

Salary: £13.00 – £15.00 per hour | Up to £35,100 per year (depending on qualifications, hours, and experience)

Hours: 36 or 45 hours | 4 or 5 days | Shifts between 8:00am–6:00pm

Contract: Permanent | All year round

Not suitable for term-time or school-hours applicants

We are looking for a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our independent day nursery in Fulham, London, W4.

Our nursery cares for children aged 3 months to 5 years and provides a safe, nurturing environment where every child is valued as an individual.

Responsibilities of the Early Years Practitioner

• Build positive relationships with parents, children, and colleagues
• Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children’s development
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to maintain a high-quality environment
• Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children
• Support key children and their families in line with EYFS

About You

• Minimum Level 2 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
• Previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner or similar childcare role
• Good understanding xwzovoh of EYFS and child development
• Confident in observations and planning for key children
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Clear DBS check and two satisfactory references required
• Eligible to work in the UK
