Customer Service Specialist (Temporary - up to 6 months) Leatherhead Up to £26,000 (pro rata) 1 day per week in the office remaining WFH We're currently recruiting for a Customer Service Specialist to join a busy and fast-paced team on a temporary basis for up to 6 months. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment and enjoys delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Handling a high volume of inbound calls (approximately 70 per day) Taking payments over the phone securely Transferring calls to the appropriate departments Responding to customer queries efficiently and professionally What we're looking for: Previous customer service experience, ideally within a call centre or fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner Ability to multitask and work under pressure Good attention to detail If you're immediately available and looking for your next opportunity, we'd love to hear from you
