We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Youth Worker to join a specialist school in Wokingham that supports students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. About the Role: As a Youth Worker, you will play a key role in supporting students both inside and outside the classroom. You will help them develop positive routines, build coping strategies, and manage their emotions in a safe and structured environment. Working closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams, you will contribute to creating a consistent and supportive experience for each student.
