Monday Friday 6am-2pm or 8am-4pm
£31,200 per annum starting salary
Office based role
28 days holiday to start including bank holidays increasing with length of service to a maximum of 33 days including bank holidays and the option to purchase additional days

Wiring Team Leader Job Details;
Lead and support the day to day running of the wiring team.
Help build and develop a positive, organised and high performing production environment.
Co ordinate activities across ; kitting, mechanical assembly, wire preparation, wiring and loom assembly, final assembly, inspection and testing, packing and despatch.
Work closely with Wiring Engineering and Operations to improve workflow, build methods and production efficiency.
Support production directly when required, including hands on assembly and wiring work.
Monitor build progress and help remove production blockers quickly.
Ensure quality standards and workmanship are maintained throughout the process.
Help establish scalable processes and working standards as the department grows.
Assist with training and development of operators within the team.
Maintain high standards of organisation, housekeeping and communication.
Support continuous improvement activities across the project.

Wiring Team Leader Person Specification;

Essential;
Previous experience leading or supervising within a manufacturing or assembly environment.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Hands on attitude and willingness to support production activities directly.
Ability to manage multiple stages of production simultaneously.
Good problem solving ability and attention to detail.
Experience working within fast paced production environments.

Desirable;
Experience within cable assembly, wiring, electro mechanical assembly or electronics manufacturing.
IPC/WHMA-A-620 knowledge or experience.
Experience working with production documentation, build packs or ERP systems. xwzovoh
Understanding of inspection and testing processes.
