Branch Manager Cowley, Oxford £35,000 – £38,000 per year (DOE) Full-time | Office-based 08.00am - 17.00pm (Flexibility needed) MUST HAVE A FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE TO APPLY! Job Overview New Recruits Professional Services Ltd is seeking an experienced, driven Branch Manager to lead and develop our Cowley, Oxford office. This is a hands-on, 360-degree role, ideal for someone with a strong background in recruitment or a similar sales-driven industry who enjoys building relationships, leading from the front, and growing a high-performing team. You will manage a small team of consultants, while also remaining actively involved in business development, client management, and candidate delivery. Key Responsibilities * Full 360 recruitment management, from business development and client acquisition to candidate placement * Lead, mentor, and motivate a small team of recruitment consultants * Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships * Identify new business opportunities and drive branch performance and revenue * Ensure compliance, high service standards, and recruitment best practice * Plan, prioritise, and manage workloads effectively to meet targets * Maintain accurate CRM records and recruitment activity reporting * Share on call rota and Out of Hours Mobile phone. * Must be Flexible to Liaise with Clients with Check-ins on site, (Earlier starts maybe required) * Take ownership and accountability for your branch progress and personal targets. About You * Proven experience in recruitment or a closely related sales-driven industry * Be able to demonstrate Strong sales orientation with a results-focused mindset * Confident leader with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a small team * Highly organised with excellent time management skills * Professional, articulate, and confident communicator * Computer literate, comfortable using CRM systems, Outlook, and recruitment software and Microsoft programs. * Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable taking ownership of branch performance What We Offer * Competitive salary of £35,000 – £38,000 depending on experience * Opportunity to shape and grow a successful local branch * Supportive working environment with autonomy and responsibility * Clear scope for progression as the business grows * Office-based role in Cowley, Oxford with a close-knit team * 28 Days Holiday (Inclusive of 8 recognized Bank holidays) * Additional Holidays accrued after successful probation period How to Apply If you are an experienced recruitment professional ready to step into a leadership role or an established Branch Manager looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you
