Crane Engineer

Crane Engineer Location: Bradford (Hybrid) Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm Salary: £35,500 basic OTE: £45,000+ (8 hours overtime weekly) Van + Fuel Card I am currently working with a well-established engineering business that is looking to appoint a Special Projects & Defence Engineer to join their growing team. This is a newly created role due to continued expansion, offering a mix of workshop-based work and field service activity across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer with a background in hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems. You will be working on Lorry Loader Cranes and other specialist equipment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough examinations of lorry loader cranes and other hydraulic loading equipment in compliance with LOLER Perform fault diagnostics and resolve both mechanical and electrical issues in the workshop and on site Carry out repair work on-site where possible, ensuring minimal downtime for customers. Provide technical support to customers and ensure all equipment is fit for purpose and operating safely.
