Senior Quantity Surveyor

Benjamin Grace are recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of major infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities * Produce CVR/CTC, cost reports, and forecasts * Manage cash flow and commercial performance * Oversee EWNs, CEs, applications, claims, and disputes * Lead subcontract procurement, negotiation, and payments * Ensure robust contract management and risk mitigation * Build strong client and supply chain relationships * Support and mentor junior commercial staff About You * Proven experience in Quantity Surveying * Strong in cost control, reporting, and contracts * Excellent stakeholder and communication skills * Infrastructure / rail experience desirable This permanent vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Benjamin-Grace Limited who are operating as an Employment Agency
