Corporate FinanceThe Houlihan Lokey Corporate Finance business has extensive expertise in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, activist shareholder and takeover defense, and other related advisory services for a broad range of clients. Digital Infrastructure, Technology The Digital Infrastructure team at Houlihan Lokey sits within our global Technology business, where our London-based team cover best-in-market Digital Infrastructure transactions across Europe. We have significant coverage and expertise in asset-heavy verticals like Fibre, Data Centres, and Towers, as well as asset-lite topics like Cloud Communications and ICT Services.In 2025, our Technology team was ranked the No.1 M&A advisor for all global Technology transactions.  With a team of around 200 bankers globally, it is a very exciting time to join the team.ScopeThe Digital Infrastructure team at Houlihan Lokey are looking to add a Financial Analyst in London.The environment at Houlihan Lokey is both collegial and entrepreneurial. At the same time, creativity and new ideas are encouraged.As a Financial Analyst, you will:Prepare, analyse and help explain historical and projected financial informationCreate financial modelsCoordinate and perform business due diligencePrepare confidential information memoranda, management presentations, marketing pitches and other presentationsConduct research on sectors, companies and potential buyersValue companies and businessesBuild relationships and maintain direct contact with clients and prospective clients and professional advisorsAssist in planning of engagementsRequirements and QualificationsThe ideal candidate thinks strategically, is motivated, detail oriented, creative, outgoing, and possesses excellent quantitative skills. If you have the following qualifications & experience, we’d love to hear from you:Strong academic track record and achieved at least a 2:1 Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)1-2 years of full-time investment banking experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).
