End of Tenancy Cleaners (Chichester, Crawley, Worthing, Brighton, Bristol)

A busy cleaning company is seeking experienced End of Tenancy Cleaners to support increased demand across residential properties.

This role involves preparing vacant rental homes for new occupants and final inspections.

Duties

• Cleaning empty rental properties between tenants

• Cleaning kitchens and ovens

• Bathroom cleaning including limescale and mould removal

• Cleaning internal windows, doors, skirting boards, and floors

• Ensuring properties are ready for inspection

Work Schedule

• Flexible part-time work, with assignments typically lasting 4–8 hours

• Work is primarily available Monday to Friday, with regular weekend opportunities

• Jobs are offered as they become available in your area

• Please note that this is a part-time role and does not guarantee full-time hours

Pay & Benefits

• £15 per hour

• £18 payment per job for the use of your own equipment and cleaning supplies

• Paid travel time where applicable

• Client parking costs covered (except where only street parking is available)

• Minimum 2 years’ end-of-tenancy experience
