About the role

Job Description: We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of independent retail accounts across your area. This role is all about building strong relationships, spotting opportunities, and helping your customers sell more. What you’ll be doing * Managing a group of independent retail customers in your region * Building strong, long-term relationships with store owners and buyers * Growing sales by identifying opportunities and following them through * Planning product ranges and promotions with your customers * Keeping track of performance – understanding what’s working and what’s not * Putting together clear, simple proposals and presenting them * Running regular review meetings to keep everything on track * Working closely with internal teams (product, supply, etc.) to make sure things run smoothly What we’re looking for * Someone confident dealing with people and building relationships * A strong commercial mindset – you understand how to drive sales * Well organised and able to manage your own workload * Comfortable using Excel and PowerPoint * Able to analyse numbers and spot opportunities * A positive, hands-on team player * At least 1 year’s experience in sales or retail account management * Experience with independent retailers is a plus The important bits * You’ll own your accounts and their performance * You’ll have the freedom to manage your region and make decisions * You’ll play a key role in growing the business Details * Competitive salary + bonus * Supportive team and working environment * Real opportunities to grow and develop #INDR1 * Working from home occasional office visits Wigan Main office * On the Road Visiting Customers
