Narwhal Labs is a fast-growing tech start-up based in Bristol. We are building an Agentic Revenue Operating System that helps businesses drive smarter, faster commercial outcomes, and we are scaling quickly.
We are looking for a GTM Sales Executive who is commercially sharp, genuinely excited by AI and SaaS, and ready to operate at the sharp end of our commercial function.
The Role:
A dual-function role bridging GTM execution and new business development. You will bring Narwhal's Agentic Revenue Operating System to market within defined verticals, executing the commercial strategy set by the Global Head of GTM while owning and managing your own outbound pipeline end-to-end.
This role suits a commercially astute, self-motivated individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and is genuinely excited by AI and SaaS.
Responsibilities:
- Execute the Go-To-Market strategy across designated industry verticals and translate plans into structured outreach sequences, messaging frameworks and sales plays
- Build and manage a self-directed outbound pipeline from scratch across email, LinkedIn, phone and other channels
- Research and prioritise target accounts using firmographic and intent data, qualifying leads against agreed frameworks
- Engage senior stakeholders in insight-led conversations, running structured discovery calls and introductory demos
- Handle objections confidently and progress opportunities through the sales cycle
- Maintain CRM accuracy, pipeline hygiene and consistently meet monthly and quarterly targets
- Provide frontline market intelligence to refine positioning and ICP, maintaining alignment with marketing, product and leadership
Requirements:
- 2+ years in a B2B Sales, SDR, BDR or GTM role, ideally within SaaS
- Proven track record of hitting xwzovoh pipeline and quota targets
- Experience building outbound pipeline independently
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders
- CRM proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot or similar
- High resilience, self-motivation and commercial instinct
- Based in or able to commute regularly to Bristol
Desirable:
- Experience selling AI, automation or Revenue Operations SaaS
- Familiarity with outreach tools such as Outreach, Apollo or Salesloft
- Understanding of RevOps or sales process automation
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Exposure to sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger or SPIN
